Admissions Process and Intake

• Email required documents to [email protected]
  • Transcript, RESI, and IEP, if applicable
• Next, you will called for a social work interview
  • For both parent and student
• Before enrollment, you will attend new student orientation
• Attend first day of classes  (on time, and actively engage in classes, while adhering to our school policies.)  *Student cannot be enrolled until the entire intake process is completed. 

Other Things to Note

• No Credit or Regents Requirements
• Age Requirements: 14-21 Years Old
• Necessary Documentation
  
  • Birth certificate, proof of address, immunization records, ID, & SS Card (if applicable)
