How to Apply: 

  • Email transcript, RESI, and IEP, if applicable, to: [email protected]
  • Please include family’s contact information
  • One of the social workers will reach out to schedule an appointment
  • After the interview, student may be invited to orientation
  • After orientation, student will receive program and will be admitted (if he/she attends on time, day after orientation)
*A student is not admitted until the entire intake process is completed.
